The mission of the University of Louisville School of Nursing is to prepare compassionate, practice-ready nurse leaders through innovative education, transformative inquiry, and purposeful community engagement to improve health outcomes across Kentucky and beyond.

We aspire to improve health outcomes and societal well-being through innovative practices and collaboration to advance science and deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Accountability - Professional responsibility to Nursing and society that is the foundation for our core values which are:
