Meet your Cardinal Confidence Team

Ashley Durham, MSN-Ed, RN

Ashley Durham is an Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville School of Nursing and co-coordinator of the Cardinal Confidence Program. With a clinical background in pediatric nursing and extensive experience in academic coaching, she is dedicated to guiding nursing students from their first semester through NCLEX preparation and into professional practice. Ashley is passionate about fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and professional readiness through individualized support, innovative teaching, and evidence-based strategies. Her work emphasizes building student confidence, resilience, and clinical judgment to ensure success both in the classroom and in nursing practice.

Dr. Veronica Eubank, DNP, MSN-Ed, RN 

Dr. Eubank is a nurse educator with over 30 years of clinical and leadership experience. She specializes in student success, evidence-based practice, and NCLEX preparation. As an Assistant Professor and a Cardinal Confidence Coordinator at the University of Louisville School of Nursing, she is dedicated to developing future nurse leaders through engaging instruction, academic coaching, and curriculum innovation. Dr. Eubank holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership and nursing education and remains committed to student success and outcomes.
