Exhibitor Sponsorship Levels

  • Gold Sponsorship: $2,000
    Includes one 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Company logo on sponsor board day of conference, our conference website, and any other marketing processed after submission of your logo. You would be recognized as a gold level sponsor of the event, to include exclusive swag items (ie: mugs, etc.)
     
  • Silver Sponsorship: $1,000
    Includes one 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Company logo on sponsor board day of conference, our conference website, and any other marketing processed after submission of your logo.

Payment Information

Valid payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as “UOFL NURSING.” View the UofL School of Nursing privacy policy relating to e-commerce.

Conditions

University of Louisville agrees to provide exhibit space for the above listed exhibitor for the course presented on the dates and location above.

The exhibitor acknowledges that conducting marketing or promotional activities in any conference area except for their assigned space is prohibited.

Exhibitor will display only during the designated exhibit time, which will be provided.

I understand that this payment is a nonrefundable fee.
